20 years have passed since the signing of the Treaty of Thronehold. The world is poised for war once again as shadow conflicts of the kingdoms began to escalate starting with the death of a Breland ambassador, Duke Kador. Raising taxes and drafting of soldiers both male and female have left the lands more vulnerable to famine and neglect. War will soon start if not for a miracle.
Fears will heighten in the revelation of new truths. Scholars from rival Morgrave and Korranburg agrees that something has gone horribly wrong, that the escalation was too early, the next War being in the wrong time will lead to horrific ends which in comparison, the Mourning will be naught but kids' play.

All new players start at level 12.
All Essentials items are unavailable with the exception of Improved Defenses and Implement Focus.
As I'm resetting to pure Eberron-based only. All powers/feats/items/etc from other campaign settings are not available for selection. For backgrounds, only Eberron-based are available.
Boons, relics, artifacts and items of non-campaign setting/core/power books are not available.
For equipment, liquidate the starting package and spend.
